Never received

Never received my order. They refused to refund me. They said they are not responsible once the package leaves the store. They said it was my responsibility to track the package. On line USPS says it's still waiting to receive the package. Buyer beware if you don't receive your order!

Andrea...As discussed several times with you, we shipped out your order weeks ago. Once we drop off your package at USPS, we can only track it with the associated tracking number. You'll need to reach out to USPS as we don't have your order in our possession. You will lose the chargeback as well...Thank you and happy Thanksgiving! :) x O x O :)
